Ejeris Dixon, a seasoned organizer and political strategist, holds a two-decade track record within racial justice, LGBTQ, abolitionist, anti-violence, and economic justice movements. Leading both Ejerie Labs and Vision Change Win Consulting, Ejeris partners with grassroots organizations within the United States and internationally to enhance their strategic impact and organizational capacity. Ejeris Dixon is also available for speaking engagements, consulting, and facilitation, bringing their expertise and insights to a variety of communities. Through Ejeris’s work with the New York City Anti-Violence Project and the Audre Lorde Project, Ejeris worked directly on thousands of incidents of violence and organized around over a hundred murders of Queer and Trans People of Color. Ejeris Dixon’s contributions extend to literary circles as a co-editor of Beyond Survival, a Lambda Literary award finalist, and has been recognized multiple times for their LGBTQ advocacy by the White House. Beyond their professional life, Ejeris Dixon is a Yale and NYU graduate, a karaoke enthusiast, a culinary adventurer, and a 20-year resident of New York City.
